The Owner Mr. Giriraju is a mechanical engineering graduate. He was working for two years and in 1995, started a small unit in Coimbatore manufacturing geared motors for EOTS. From that period, he has practical experience in making keys also. From 2003, he started manufacturing key cutting machines and trading key blanks. From 2005, he started importing Wenxing brand key cutting machines. After that, manufacturing key cutting machines were stopped. But now he has continued manufacturing BEEMA brand key cutting machine which is especially designed to cut Indian domestic iron keys. No other Indian or imported machine is as good as this machine for cutting iron rod keys.

He is never in an urgent to sell a machine to a customer. First he will discuss with the customer to understand the requirement of the customer and his actual capability. Whether the customer is a professional locksmith or planing to do locksmithing with an existing business matters. According to the customer''s interest, he is suggested the suitable machines and then the machines are sold and customer is given professional training. For distant customers,training videos are provided. He has been able to remain and develop in this field only because of the service offered before and after sales. And he is always interested in learning new things to come into the market and update himself.
